She earned her B.S. in biology from Manhattan College and her M.A. and Ph.D., both in biology, from Princeton University. An author of more than 25 publications, Dr. Bozzone is also a member of the Publication Review Panel for the Journal of College Science Teaching and an ad hoc reviewer for American Biology Teacher, as well as the consulting editor for Chelsea House's The Biology of Cancer series. She lives in Vermont.
